  • Monthly Follow- up Consultations (Nutritional and/or Body Composition Assessments to track progress)

  • Weekly Communication (Via mobile app, text, phone or e-mail)

Elite Nutrition Program:  Web Version

The Elite Package can be of 3 or 6 month duration, great commitment to a in-depth program with  weekly support.

It includes:  

  • Initial Consultation (Nutritional Assessment)

  • Complete Body Composition Assessment  (Ultrasound measurement of % Body Fat and Muscle Mass, Circumference measurements, % water, % bone mass, height and weight and Metabolic Testing)

  • Individualized Menu Plan (Personalized daily menus, specific recipes and shopping list, meal prep tips and nutritional information reports)

  • Individual Web Dashboard and Personal App (Web platform with entire Nutrition Program for Desktop and Phone tracking capabilities)

  • Individualized Lifestyle and Exercise Plan (Specific and general physical activity recommendations, relaxation techniques, yoga, outdoor activities and exercises)

  • Individualized Supplement Recommendation (If needed)

  • Weekly Communication and Follow- up Consultations (Via Zoom meetings, personalized mobile app, web platform, email or phone)
