NEW YEAR 2019 - A HEALTHY START

It's completely normal to eat differently during the holidays or on vacations. It's actually (mentally) healthy to disrupt routines and structured regimens - we are not robots! So, yes, the New Year is a perfect time to think about healthy living - what other way to invest on ourselves if not on our own health? Usually there are 2 cases: f so, you should continue your healthy route and spice it up a bit with setting specific goals. Some examples can be: running a 1/2 marathon by the end of the year, eating a more diverse and nutritious breakfast; trying new healthy recipes, or finally trying that yoga class for a full month. These are small changes that can have huge (additional) benefits
