Eating a balanced breakfast has always been one favorite and repetitive advice from dietitians for years. The reasoning behind it goes beyond just "waking your body up". Research has shown that a balanced breakfast with proper amounts of protein, carbs and fats not only avoids overeating later in the day, but also reduced body fat.
