Happy Earth Day

Today is a big day! Today is a day of reflection, of hope and of action. Our environment (our home) needs attention and care. We can do our part. Don't listen to those who say that recycling that plastic cup won't make a difference. Don't listen to those who say volunteering in your kids school's garden is a waste of time. It's not and yes, it will make a difference. Little actions, here and there - they all add up! Think about waking up with a refreshing, healthy and guilt-free breakfast already made! This is easy and a great way to start the day or as a mid-day snack.
