Hi, I'm Anna. I've been a nutritionist for over 20 years and I love helping people learn how to incorporate healthy nutrition in their lives and reach their objectives.
One of my specialties is Sports and Fitness Nutrition for athletes and active people who want to enhance their performance, physical conditioning and well being.
 I also support people in achieving a lasting Healthy Lifestyle with a realistic, personalized approach - one without shortcuts yet based on tackling and overcoming barriers and creating long-lasting healthy habits that will endure a lifetime - not just a period of time. I believe in educating and empowering people in their pursues of wellness or wellbeing.

On a more personal note...

I'm happily married with an active tri-athlete and I'm a mom of 4 amazing and beautiful kids . We have 2 crazy kittens that are total misfits, but that we all love dearly.

I'm very active, I love both indoors and outdoors activities, my favorites being: strength training, HIIT classes, Yoga, Spin classes, Kitesurfing, running, rock-climbing and riding my road bike on a beautiful San Diegan day.

I love to cook (and eat) healthy foods, but I also love to go out to eat and enjoy the company of friends and family.

Although I lived in and travelled to 

many different places in the world, I'm happy to call San Diego my home.
